AmCham Turkey/ABFT held Employee Engagement Workshop Program

AmCham Turkey/ABFT has organized a workshop entitled “Employee Engagement: Moving from Entitlement to Engagement” on Wednesday, March 26th at Hilton Harbiye Hotel. Organized with the support of AmCham members Cisco and Hilton and with the assistance of European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the event kicked off with a warm welcoming from Umit Cinali, AmCham Turkey/ABFT Board Member and Cisco Systems Value Creation Director of the Middle East.

The keynote speaker of the program was Cresswell Walker, Master Coach and Leadership Facilitator who made an interactive presentation entitled “Bringing a New Level of Conscious to an Old Problem: an Approach to Creating Cultures of Engagement”. Following Mr. Walker’s address, the event continued with a Panel section that featured Mr. Riza Kadilar, EMCC Chairman as the moderator and Mr. Haluk Aykul, NexxtStage Consulting Founding Partner; Ms. Sebnem Arican, Cisco Systems EMEAR Talent Acquisition Lead; and Ms. Ozge Koca, Corporate Wellbeing Center Founder. The key topics discussed during the Panel included the concept of “employee engagement” and “value creation”, the accountability of senior leadership around employee engagement, and an analysis of positive psychology approach to the science of wellbeing and its utilization to engage employees. During the last section of the Panel a workshop was organized with the 90+ participants of the event.
